We’ve never written a message like this before, and honestly, it’s hard.
The Huck Finn Jubilee has been around for more than 47 years. It’s made it through ownership and venue changes, a pandemic, and all the ups and downs that come with running a live music festival.
But for the first time since Nikki and I took the reins eight years ago, we’re facing the very real possibility that the show might not go on.
 
We’ve always tried to be transparent with our community, so here it is:
 
Ticket sales are down. Expenses are up.
And unless things turn around soon, we may be forced to postpone—or even cancel—this year’s festival.
That’s not something we say lightly.
Huck Finn means a lot to us.
 

We didn’t take it over as a profit-focused endeavor—we’ve never even taken salaries from the business. We took it on to save a legacy event and support a community. A community that loves being together, listening to (and jamming) great acoustic music, and spending time outdoors with family. A weekend that feels miles away, right in the heart of Los Angeles.

But even passion projects have limits when the math stops making sense.

We’ve reached the limit of what we can personally invest to produce this year's event.
 
Now we need your help.

As of today, we’ve got around 50 RV sites left and a limited number of tent spots. You can find those, along with single-day and weekend passes, exclusively at huckfinn.com.

📣 Important Update for Huck Finn Jubilee 2025

We’re making a few key changes this year to make your festival experience smoother, more enjoyable, and easier to navigate.

🎪 New Festival Layout
Huck Finn Jubilee 2025 will take place exclusively in Sections E and F at Bonelli Bluffs. Please note that there is currently NO plan to change to the STAGE PLACEMENT or location of other onsite activities...just how we operate at the campgrounds.

 

What it means:

 

All RV and tent camping must be reserved in Sections E or F only (exclusively sold through HuckFinn.com)

The check-in location and process have been updated - details to follow

Day-of parking will be relocated (closer to the festival grounds)

No shuttles will be provided from other areas of the park

This layout keeps everything tighter from an operational standpoint and ensures you’re right in the heart of the action all weekend.

 

🚫 Booked Elsewhere?
If you reserved a site directly through Bonelli Bluffs (outside our Sections E or F), we kindly ask you to reconsider and book through our festival reservation system instead.

✅ Bonelli offers full refunds up to 14 days prior to the event

✅ What’s Included with Festival Campsites

RV Sites (Sections E & F):

Full hookups (power, water, sewer)
Room for up to 6 guests — no extra per-person charges
Space for 2 medium-sized tents if no RV
Pet-friendly (no extra fees – just clean up!)
BYOB and coolers welcome
No noise ordinance — jam sessions encouraged
Parking for your tow vehicle (or 1 additional vehicle for motorhomes)

 

Tent Sites (Designated Area in E & F):
Flat, numbered campsites with nearby amenities
Dedicated parking spot per tent site included
Access to community fire pits
Short walk to all music, food, and fun
Water stations, restrooms, and showers nearby
Also pet-friendly and BYOB
