ADA Guest Information

ADA Accessible Parking:  ADA accessible parking is available at the festival with an authorized and valid handicap sticker. The number of ADA parking spaces is limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis. The daily parking rate is $10 for all vehicles entering the park.

ADA Accessible Parking Lot: Entrance to the ADA parking lot is at Gate 2 on the Archibald side located at 800 N. Archibald Avenue, just north of Inland Empire Boulevard.

ADA Accessible Parking: To access ADA parking, once you enter at Gate 2, follow the access around until you reach parking spaces located at the north side of the festival.  This area is paved and will lead you to the entrance of the show area.

Once this area is full, ADA overflow will be located adjacent to the VIP parking area. Access from the ADA overflow area will allow guests to follow the sidewalk with a direct route to the festival area, approximately 300 yards.

Festival Location and Topography: The show floor and stage area at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park is a grassy park environment and could be uneven in many areas.

Seats:  All guests must bring their own chairs or blankets for the grassy area.  There is no assigned seating.  For you convenience, there is a tent area reserved for our ADA guests which allows for 1 ADA seat and 1 (only) companion seat available on a first come, first serve basis.

Temperature: It can be very hot in June during the festival; there are some shade trees in park, but please take into consideration that the majority of the show floor area is not shaded.  Please plan accordingly and stay hydrated.

Additional Costs

Included in the ticket price: With the purchase of your festival ticket, you will have access to:

  • Food, craft and retail Vendors
  • Beer Garden on-site
  • Stocked fishing (see below for purchasing fishing license)
  • Pool and Waterpark
  • Picnic areas

Not included in the ticket price: The following items are available at an additional cost.

State of California Fishing License is required to fish at the festival and may be purchased online at http://licenses.org/c/recreational/california.html or at a local sporting goods store.

Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass are allowed to purchase an RV/Tent camping space and will be credentialed with a “Camper” wristband required for all overnight campers, no exceptions!

Additional Overnight Camping Wristbands

A wristband is required for all overnight campers.

  • Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass is allowed to purchase an RV/Tent space and will be credentialed with a wristband.
  • Family and friends who have (or purchase) a 3-day or 1-day festival pass will be allowed to enter all camping areas (RV & Tent) during the festival hours.  They will be allowed to stay overnight with purchase of an overnight camping parking sticker at $25 during festival hours (9am-11pm) and must move their vehicle to the designated camp parking area (good for 3-days).  All vehicles without a parking sticker will be towed at owners expense at 3:00am from the general parking lot.
  • 1-day festival tickets/credentials will not be allowed back into the “SHOW” area from the camping area without proper day credential for that day.

Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (9:00am – 10:00pm).

Arrival & Entry Procedures

Gates open at 8:00 am on Friday, 6/10 (please do not line up for access into the venue before 7:00 am or block traffic on Turner Avenue.

Please be advised – No coolers, outside food, drinks or alcohol is permitted through the entry gates.  Reusable water bottles are permitted, but must be open and empty upon entry.  Fresh water will be available to maintain hydration.

A variety of food vendors and a beer garden will be available to attendees.

Box Office

The Box Office and Will Call will be located on the west side of the general parking lot on the roadway connecting the parking lot to the festival area and will be open daily from 8 am to 8 pm.

Please secure your wristband immediately and be prepared to have your wristband scanned at all entry points to the festival area.  Also, for your safety, all bags will be checked upon entry to the show floor area.

Please refer to the camping section regarding overnight camping parking permits.

Camping

A Camping Wristband is required for all overnight campers at all times!

Camping spaces are available at an additional cost and can be purchased online at the ticket store.  Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass are allowed to purchase an RV/Tent camping space and will be credentialed with a “Camper” wristband required for all overnight campers, no exceptions!

RV Camping: RV spaces may be selected and reserved on-line for a number space.

Tent Camping: All tent camping spaces are first come, first served.  No holding of spaces will be allowed.  The tent camping area will have a designated “Family friendly/quiet area” for families with small children.

All vehicles in camping areas must have a camping parking permit affixed in upper corner of the driver’s side windshield at all times. Additional overnight RV/Tent parking permits may be purchased for $25.00 at the box office during operating hours.

Friends and family who have purchased a 3-day or 1-day festival pass are allowed to enter all camping areas (RV & Tent) during festival hours only. If you plan to stay overnight, an overnight camping parking pass must be purchased for $25 (valid for 3 days) at the box office (8 am to 8 pm) and also obtain a camper’s wristband. All vehicles must be moved into the designated camper parking area.

After 3:00 am, any vehicle in the parking lot without an overnight parking sticker will be towed at the owner’s expense and all non-campers must also exit the park by 3:00 am.

Campfires & BBQ’s

Campfires and BBQ’s are permitted, but only in an approved controlled container.

CAMPGROUNDS & ARRIVAL TIMES

Campgrounds: There is one RV Camping area called Jammer’s Campground on Grass and Dirt. Space numbers are reserved when purchased online. There is no first come first serve.

Arrival:Gates open beginning Thursday. No early entries and no blocking the public street. You will be able to purchase an assigned space at the online ticket store only.

Departure: The Festival ends Sunday at 11:00 p.m. You must depart by 10:00 AM on Monday.

CAMP SPACE RESERVATIONS

RV camping spaces are purchased online at the ticket store and are reserved. There is no first come first serve or holding of spaces.

Tent camping is first come first serve. There is no holding of spaces.

CANOPIES AND CHAIRS IN THE AUDIENCE/SHOW AREA

Canopies, chairs with covers, and umbrellas are not permitted in the audience area. These block the view of those sitting behind you. There are shade trees at the back of the audience. *Chairs will not be allowed to be placed in advance. They will only be allowed to be placed the day of the show.

Safety is our number one concern.  After 6pm please be prepared to move your chairs away from the front of the main stage area if requested to do so.  This will allow room for dancers and  ensure all guests, staff, and entertainers have an enjoyable experience at Huck Finn Jubilee Bluegrass Music Festival.

COOLERS

No outside food, drinks or alcohol will be permitted in the festival show floor area.  Various food, craft and retail vendors are available and a beer garden is available.  Fresh drinking water will be available in the show area, so please bring a reusable water bottle which must be empty when entering the show floor area.

Chairs

Safety is our number one concern.  After 6pm please be prepared to move your chairs away from the front of the main stage area if requested to do so.  This will allow room for dancers and  ensure all guests, staff, and entertainers have an enjoyable experience at Huck Finn Jubilee Bluegrass Music Festival.

DOGS

RV/Motorhome Campers:

Dogs are permitted and must be on a leash. Please remember that animals must stay within the campground’s and are not allowed in the show area.

Tent Campers:

NO dogs allowed. If an animal is found in your tent or vehicle, Animal Control will be called.

Day Users/Hotel Stayers:

NO dogs allowed. If an animal is found in vehicle, Animal Control will be called.

DUMP STATION / FRESH WATER

Onsite services for pumping and fresh water must be reserved in advance is for a fee. E-mail info@huckfinn.com to be added to our lists.

GENERATORS – QUIET HOURS

You can use your generator periodically during the daytime, except during “Camp Quiet Hours” 11pm to 7am. Also, the Festival reserves the right to have you turn off your generator, if it disturbs your neighbor.

In & Out Privileges

  • Patrons will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event if they have a camping sticker through Gate #2 off Archibald Avenue. We do encourage patrons to bring enough supplies for the entire event.
  • Intoxicated persons will not be re-admitted.
  • All persons must have the proper event ticket or wristband and ID to re-enter or they will be required to purchase another ticket.

IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?

Yes. An ATM is located at the box office and in the food and crafts village.

Lake & Swimming

Please observe all posted regulations in regard to fishing, swimming, waterslides and paddleboat use.

NO swimming in the lakes, these are for paddleboats and fishing only. Violators may be ejected from the event.

Swimming will only be permitted in the swim area during posted hours (11AM-7PM), thereafter, the gates will be locked.

Swim area will have a lifeguard onsite during swim hours. Swimming when no lifeguards are present is prohibited. An adult must accompany children entering the water.

Medical & Safety

  • Medical personnel will be onsite.
  • Private Security and PD will be onsite at all times during the event.
  • There will be overnight security inside the event throughout the night.
  • Drink plenty of water!
  • If you’re going to consume alcohol, please do so wisely.
  • Wear plenty of sunscreen.
  • Carry and use a flashlight at night. Bring extra batteries.

Not Allowed

  • Weapons, Fireworks, Laser Pointers – These items will be confiscated and violators will be promptly removed from the venue.
  • Ice Chests or Coolers through the entrance gate.
  • Outside Alcohol – There is a beer garden “Tavern” inside the event, 21 and older may enter with proper ID. ID IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Audio recording devices
  • Drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Motorized vehicles, golf carts, etc. Scooters are okay to be used with proper handicapped credentials.
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
  • Unauthorized vendors, solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc. unless contracted with the festival.

OVERNIGHT CAMPING WITH FRIENDS

If you do not have an RV or a tent space and want to camp with family or friends; you must purchase (or have purchased) a 1-day or 3-day festival ticket. This is required to enter into the camping areas. However, if you plan to stay the night, your vehicle will need to be moved to the designated camp parking area for an additional cost of $25.00. This can be purchased at the box office during 9:00am – 10:00pm.

Other Info

A variety of independent vendors will be selling food and crafts for the duration of the event. Ice and bottled water will be available for purchase.

There will be an ATM onsite

There are trash receptacles throughout the festival, please dispose of your own trash.

Parking

General parking is $10.00 per day.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds, no exceptions.

RV Camping

Anyone planning to bring a Recreational Vehicles, RV Trailers and Truck Campers must have purchased a 3-day festival ticket to be eligible to purchase an RV/Tent Pass in advance.

Recreational Vehicles, RV Trailers and Buses that do not fit in your 20′ x 40′ area will need to be parked in a designated area that requires a valid camping parking sticker.

There are no electric hook ups or dump stations available on site at all – not even for Artists and Crew.

The Festival ends Sunday at 11:00PM. All campers are required to depart the RV and tent camp grounds by no later than Monday at 10:00am.

A wristband is required for all overnight campers.

  • Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass is allowed to purchase an RV/Tent space and will be credentialed with a wristband.
  • Family and friends who have (or purchase) a 3-day or 1-day festival pass will be allowed to enter all camping areas (RV & Tent) during the festival hours.  They will be allowed to stay overnight with purchase of an overnight camping parking sticker at $25 during festival hours (9am-11pm) and must move their vehicle to the designated camp parking area (good for 3-days).  All vehicles without a parking sticker will be towed at owners expense at 3:00am from the general parking lot.

RV – each RV footprint space is 20’side x 40’ long.  You can have 1 additional vehicle per RV site, but it must fit within the footprint of the site.

Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (8:00am – 8:00pm)

SHOWERS & RESTROOMS

Park restrooms and portable toilets and hand washing stations are located throughout the festival.

Showers will be available in both the Tent and RV Camping Areas. Quantity is limited, so please be considerate and limit your showers.

Tent Camping

We have set aside TENT AREAS near restrooms. Tent camping is on a first come first serve basis. If you are camping with someone in the RV Jammers’ Campground you may your tent inside their designated space.

Always be respectful to your neighbors, and their campsite. Be kind to each other, share space, and help someone else who is in need…

The camping area is separated from the parking area.

TENT CAMPING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED THEREFORE THERE IS NO CAMPING NEXT TO OR IN YOUR CAR You will need to set your tents up as close as possible to one another.

Tent Camping will be allowed to unload their personal items near their location; thereafter they will be required to park in a designated area reserved for tent campers with valid camping sticker.

Vehicles will be allowed to come and go from the event with a designated sticker only.

Cover your tent stakes so people don’t cut themselves on the sharp edges.

Bring a small lock to increase security of your belongings. Lock all valuables in your car! Although there will be security onsite, we cannot be held responsible for stolen items.

Camping – each campsite footprint space is 15’ x 15’total.   You can have more than 1 tent as long as it fits within the footprint of the campsite.   Each campsite comes with a overnight parking pass for 1 vehicle.  One additional campsite vehicle overnight parking pass can be purchased @ $25 per vehicle.

Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (9:00am – 10:00pm).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET PRICE?

All of the activities are included with admission along with the zero depth water splash play area, swim lagoon/waterslide, pedal boats and fishing. Fishing requires a CA State Fishing License that can be purchased online or at a local sporting good store.

*Bluegrass Academy for Kids is not included and requires an additional fee.

Conveniently located between Haven and Archibald Avenues, just a few blocks north of Interstate 10. With access from 2 major freeways, metrolink train station, bus service and located within 5 miles of Ontario International Airport getting here is easy! Several hotels are also nearby.
