ADA Information for Guests

ADA Accessible Parking:  ADA parking is available at the festival with an authorized handicap sticker. The number of ADA parking spots are limited and are available – first come, first serve basis ADA Accessible Parking Lot: Entrance to ADA parking is located at the Gate 2 on the Archibald side at 800 N. Archibald Avenue Access:  A sidewalk that is accessible from the ADA parking lot will provide a direct route to the festival area which is approximately 300 yards. Festival Location and topography:  The stage location at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park is a grassy park and could be uneven in areas. Seats:  There are no assigned seats.  All guests bring their own chairs or blankets for the grassy area.  We have a tent area reserved for our ADA guests which allows for 1 ADA seat and 1 (only) champion seat available on a first come, first serve basis. Temperature:  It can become very hot in June; there are some shade trees at the park but please take into consideration that this is no shade guarantee. Medical:  A medical team is on site at all times. Restrooms:  The permanent restrooms at the park are ADA compliant as are ADA portable restrooms. Service Animals: Are permitted with proper identification the animal.

A FEW THINGS YOU PAY EXTRA FOR ARE.

The following are included but not limited to.
  • CA state fishing license is required to fish at the Festival. This can be purchased via online or local sporting good stores. 
  • Food & Beer Garden on Site
  • Vendors/Crafts
  • Bluegrass Academy for Kids (See online ticket store for more information). 
  • Additional Overnight RV/Tent Parking:
    • RV - Extra camping vehicles that does not fit within the RV camping spaces can purchase a parking sticker for $25.00. Parking stickers are required and vehicle will need to be in the designated camping parking area.
    • Tent - Additional overnight guests can purchase a parking sticker for $25.00. Parking stickers are required and vehicle will need to be in the designated camping parking area.

Additional Overnight Camping Wristbands

A wristband is required for all overnight campers.
  • Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass is allowed to purchase an RV/Tent space and will be credentialed with a wristband.
  • Family and friends who have (or purchase) a 3-day or 1-day festival pass will be allowed to enter all camping areas (RV & Tent) during the festival hours.  They will be allowed to stay overnight with purchase of an overnight camping parking sticker at $25 during festival hours (9am-11pm) and must move their vehicle to the designated camp parking area (good for 3-days).  All vehicles without a parking sticker will be towed at owners expense at 3:00am from the general parking lot.
  • 1-day festival tickets/credentials will not be allowed back into the “SHOW” area from the camping area without proper day credential for that day.
Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (9:00am - 10:00pm).

Arrival & Entry Procedures

Gates open on Friday, 6/12 at 8:00 am (please do not line up for access into the venue before 7:00am or block traffic on Turner Avenue. Music begins on Friday at noon.
  • No coolers, alcohol or food is permitted through the admission gate unless you are RV or Tent Camping and must have a valid camping ticket. There will be a beer garden to relax and enjoy the music and we have plenty of food available.
  • The Box Office and Will Call will be located in the parking lot at the entrance to the park. All entering vehicles will be processed through this area.
  • If you have not purchased a ticket, please proceed to one of the ticket windows.
  • If you have purchased your ticket online and printed your ticket, you can proceed to one of the windows that says “Pre-Paid”, show your printout, receive your wristband and go through bag check.

Campfires & BBQ’s

Campfires and BBQ's are permitted, but only in an approved controlled container.

CAMPGROUNDS & ARRIVAL TIMES

Campgrounds: There is one RV Camping area called Jammer's Campground on Grass and Dirt. Space numbers are reserved when purchased online. There is no first come first serve. Arrival:Gates open beginning Thursday, June 11 at 9:00 AM. No early entries and no blocking the public street. You will be able to purchase an assigned space at the online ticket store only. Departure: The Festival ends Sunday at 11:00 p.m. You must leave by 10:00 AM on Monday, June 15.

CAMP SPACE RESERVATIONS

RV camping spaces are purchased online at the ticket store and are reserved. There is no first come first serve or holding of spaces. Tent camping is first come first serve. There is no holding of spaces.

CANOPIES AND CHAIRS IN THE AUDIENCE/SHOW AREA

Canopies, chairs with covers, and umbrellas are not permitted in the audience area. These block the view of those sitting behind you. There are shade trees at the back of the audience. *Chairs will not be allowed to be placed in advance. They will only be allowed to be placed the day of the show. The chairs must be removed by 6:00pm each day in the audience/stage area.

COOLERS & ALCOHOL

No coolers or food allowed through the admission gate unless you are RV/Tent Camping and must have a valid camping ticket. There will be a beer garden to relax and enjoy the music and we have plenty of food available.

Departure

The general public will be required to leave the festival by 11:30PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night  at the close of the event each day. Only those with a proper sticker on their vehicle to camp will be allowed to park overnight in the designated camping parking area. Stickers can be purchased for $25.00 at the box office from 9:00am - 10:00pm.  Vehicles will be towed from the parking lot starting at 3:00am.

DOGS

RV/Motorhome Campers:

Dogs are permitted and must be on a leash. Please remember that animals must stay within the campground’s and are not allowed in the show area.

Tent Campers:

NO dogs allowed. If an animal is found in your tent or vehicle, Animal Control will be called.

Day Users/Hotel Stayers:

NO dogs allowed. If an animal is found in vehicle, Animal Control will be called.

DUMP STATION / FRESH WATER

Onsite services for pumping and fresh water must be reserved in advance is for a fee. Contact Shelly McNaul at smcnaul@ontariocvb.org to be added to our lists.

GENERATORS – QUIET HOURS

You can use your generator periodically during the daytime, except during “Camp Quiet Hours” 11pm to 7am. Also, the Festival reserves the right to have you turn off your generator, if it disturbs your neighbor.

In & Out Privileges

  • Patrons will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event if they have a camping sticker through Gate #2 off Archibald Avenue. We do encourage patrons to bring enough supplies for the entire event.
  • Intoxicated persons will not be re-admitted.
  • All persons must have the proper event ticket or wristband and ID to re-enter or they will be required to purchase another ticket.

IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?

Yes. An ATM is located at the box office and in the food and crafts village.

KIDS – Bluegrass Academy for Kids

  • Throughout the weekend, students will engage in four classes during the day, one of which will prepare them for an end-of-program showcase performance. We teach everything from individual instruments- including advanced guitar, bass, mandolin, fiddle, and banjo- to dance, singing, jamming, songwriting, and performing. This is a great event to foster new friendships and bring the enjoyment of playing music into your life. Click HERE for more information about Bluegrass Camps for Kids.
  • All activities are included with admission including the zero depth water splash play area, swim lagoon/waterslide, pedal boats and fishing. Fishing requires a CA State Fishing License that can be purchased online or at a local sporting goods store.
  • Traditional games will be announced soon.

Lake & Swimming

Please observe all posted regulations in regard to fishing, swimming, waterslides and paddleboat use.

NO swimming in the lakes, these are for paddleboats and fishing only. Violators may be ejected from the event.

Swimming will only be permitted in the swim area during posted hours (11AM-7PM), thereafter, the gates will be locked.

Swim area will have a lifeguard onsite during swim hours. Swimming when no lifeguards are present is prohibited. An adult must accompany children entering the water.

Medical & Safety

  • Medical personnel will be onsite.
  • Private Security and PD will be onsite at all times during the event.
  • There will be overnight security inside the event throughout the night.
  • Drink plenty of water!
  • If you're going to consume alcohol, please do so wisely.
  • Wear plenty of sunscreen.
  • Carry and use a flashlight at night. Bring extra batteries.

Not Allowed

  • Weapons, Fireworks, Laser Pointers - These items will be confiscated and violators will be promptly removed from the venue.
  • Ice Chests or Coolers through the entrance gate.
  • Outside Alcohol – There is a beer garden “Tavern” inside the event, 21 and older may enter with proper ID. ID IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Audio recording devices
  • Drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Motorized vehicles, golf carts, etc. Scooters are okay to be used with proper handicapped credentials.
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
  • Unauthorized vendors, solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc. unless contracted with the festival.

OVERNIGHT CAMPING WITH FRIENDS

If you do not have an RV or a tent space and want to camp with family or friends; you must purchase (or have purchased) a 1-day or 3-day festival ticket. This is required to enter into the camping areas. However, if you plan to stay the night, your vehicle will need to be moved to the designated camp parking area for an additional cost of $25.00. This can be purchased at the box office during 9:00am - 10:00pm.

Other Info

A variety of independent vendors will be selling food and crafts for the duration of the event. Ice and bottled water will be available for purchase.

There will be an ATM onsite

There are trash receptacles throughout the festival, please dispose of your own trash.

Parking

General parking is $10.00 per day.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds for any reason.

RV Camping

Anyone planning to bring a Recreational Vehicles, RV Trailers and Truck Campers must have purchased a 3-day festival ticket to be eligible to purchase an RV/Tent Pass in advance. Recreational Vehicles, RV Trailers and Buses that do not fit in your 20' x 40' area will need to be parked in a designated area that requires a valid camping parking sticker. There are no electric hook ups or dump stations available on site at all - not even for Artists and Crew. The Festival ends Sunday at 11:00PM. All campers are required to leave the RV and tent camp grounds by no later than Monday, June 15th at 10:00am. A wristband is required for all overnight campers.
  • Only those who have purchased a 3-day festival pass is allowed to purchase an RV/Tent space and will be credentialed with a wristband.
  • Family and friends who have (or purchase) a 3-day or 1-day festival pass will be allowed to enter all camping areas (RV & Tent) during the festival hours.  They will be allowed to stay overnight with purchase of an overnight camping parking sticker at $25 during festival hours (9am-11pm) and must move their vehicle to the designated camp parking area (good for 3-days).  All vehicles without a parking sticker will be towed at owners expense at 3:00am from the general parking lot.
  • 1-day festival tickets/credentials will not be allowed back into the “SHOW” area from the camping area without proper day credential for that day.
RV – each RV footprint space is 20’side x 40’ long.  You can have 1 additional vehicle per RV site, but it must fit within the footprint of the site. Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (9:00am - 10:00pm)

SHOWERS & RESTROOMS

There are park restrooms and portable toilets and hand washing stations located throughout the festival. There will be showers onsite. Quantity is limited, so please be considerate and get in and out quickly. Showers will be open each day from 7AM-10AM and 5PM-8PM. Thereafter they will be closed for service.

Tent Camping

We have set aside TENT AREAS near restrooms. Tent camping is on a first come first serve basis. If you are camping with someone in the RV Jammers' Campground you may your tent inside their designated space. Always be respectful to your neighbors, and their campsite. Be kind to each other, share space, and help someone else who is in need... The camping area is separated from the parking area. TENT CAMPING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED THEREFORE THERE IS NO CAMPING NEXT TO YOUR CAR You will need to set your tents up as close as possible to one another. Tent Camping will be allowed to unload their personal items near their location; thereafter they will be required to park in a designated area reserved for tent campers with valid camping sticker. Vehicles will be allowed to come and go from the event with a designated sticker only. Cover your tent stakes so people don't cut themselves on the sharp edges. Bring a small lock to increase security of your belongings. Lock all valuables in your car! Although there will be security onsite, we cannot be held responsible for stolen items. A wristband is required for all overnight campers.

Camping – each campsite footprint space is 15’ x 15’total.   You can have more than 1 tent as long as it fits within the footprint of the campsite.   Each campsite comes with a overnight parking pass for 1 vehicle.  One additional campsite vehicle overnight parking pass can be purchased @ $25 per vehicle. Tickets must be purchased during the Box Office hours (9:00am - 10:00pm).
